Form must be completed and submitted by Sept 1, 2006. Judging
will be based on 4 age groups, (0-11 yrs, 12-14 yrs, 15-18 yrs, and 19 and older) and for groups of 3 or more. Awards will be presented at the end of the competition. Judging will be based on A) talent, B) presentation and C) audience appeal. All decisions made by judges will be final. If pre-recorded music is to be used, it needs to be submitted with form if possible. Highly recommend attending a rehearsal prior to contest, but not required.
